Abdulla embarked on his fitness journey to inspire himself and others at 19. Since then, he has achieved many milestones, as he competed in well-renowned bodybuilding competitions like Arnold Classics and others. Furthering his expertise in fitness, Abdulla became a fitness trainer with the ultimate goal of bringing people closer to a healthier and happier lifestyle and helping them achieve their fitness goals. As a trainer and coach, Abdulla takes a keen interest in his client’s journeys and enjoys assisting people in choosing the correct path to stay healthy. Besides being a coach, he helps his clients plan their diets based on their personalized goals.

Tragedy doesn’t knock on the door when it comes, and it arrived at Abdulla’s without one. In the latter half of December 2020, he met with a tragic accident halting his training and fitness journey. Having a total of 15 surgeries, Abdulla is currently under physical therapy but will soon be back again with a new and refreshed spirit for fitness. The potentially career-endangering accident left Abdulla and his clients on a cliffhanger facing the daunting fact of never reaching their fitness goals again. Still, Abdulla’s inspiring spirit and message of hope and encouragement prove that with faith, dedication, and determination, one can overcome the worst of adversaries’ life throws, making one’s way not only back but coming back stronger.
