Today, the Jacksonville Jaguars held a press event where they rolled out a new logo and new uniform designs for the team. A single logo will be used on all of the official Jaguar organization materials… including stationery and business cards.

The team will wear teal on top and white pants at home, and white on top with black pants during away games. The new uniforms are designed to keep the players cooler, and to make it more difficult for people to grab and hold them. This is also going to be the first time ever that an NFL team has used an unusual color-shifting design on the helmet. It’s apparently similar to the material used to make automobiles sparkle.

The event also included remarks from Coach Del Rio on the state of the team. Del Rio stressed that the team would be looking to draft not only good players, but also good human beings.

The new unis suck! Nothing was wrong with the old ones! The should have just stuck with the teal\white and the white\black configurations. The Jags cant do anything right… They need better players not new uniforms.
