On August 26, voters in Duval, Clay and Nassau counties will select either assistant city General Counsel Virginia Norton or private practice attorney Rick Buttner to become a full-time Circuit Court Judge. The term lasts for six years.

RICK BUTTNER has my vote because he is the ONLY candidate in this race who has (1) jury trial experience; (2) criminal law experience (which, let’s face it, with the crime in this city running rampant, we need a judge who has negotiated a plea deal and who knows what that entails- he is a former prosecutor); (3) has been a managing partner in his own law firm (he knows what “the bottom line” means); (4) is family oriented (has been married for 15 years and has 2 precious children); and above all, (5) is a GENUINE, DOWN TO EARTH, HONEST, CARING person whose values will NOT change or falter once he puts on that black robe. VOTE RICK BUTTNER ON AUGUST 26TH!!!!! BUTTNER IS BETTER!!!
