Two former candidates from the 2007 election, two former city councilmen from back in the 90’s, and a fresh face are seeking to fill the seat left open by the removal of Jay Jabour in the August 26th special election. The race is for an at-large unitary seat, which means all Duval County voters from all parties will be allowed to cast a ballot.
